In a separate building, surrounded by the natural granite caverns (Conche), the restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional local Gallura dishes and guarantees the authenticity of the meat and wine, which we produce ourselves, and the freshness of home-made pasta, prepared according to traditional recipes. Vegetarian cuisine and gluten-free products complete and enhance our offer to satisfy even the most demanding palates
