La Maddalena Itinerary
The rubber dinghy itinerary takes place throughout the day, departing at 10.00am from the Marina di Porto Rotondo or Marina di Portisco. The navigation along the coast will allow guests on board to admire the beauty of the Mediterranean landscape, the flora and fauna in its natural context, the smaller islands and the beautiful Costa Smeralda.

Punta Cannone trek- the Summit!
Tavolara ”the mountain in the middle of the sea”Tavolara is an island located in the north-east of Sardinia, precisely in Gallura near the Gulf of Olbia. From its summit, Punta Cannone (564 metres), the panorama is of incomparable beauty; on clear days it is even possible to see the high mountains of Corsica.

16:00 (approx.): return by dinghy to Porto San Paolo/Cala Finanza
Technical Information:

What to bring:
Clothing: comfortable shorts or long trousers, hiking shoes/boots, rucksack, sunglasses, hat, windbreaker.

Tavolara - The Via Ferrata degli Angeli
The Via Ferrata degli Angeli (Angels’ Via Ferrata) is an amazing equipped route (EEA) that allows you to reach the high ridges of the island of Tavolara by climbing its rocky southern slope. Given its spectacular location, this Via Ferrata is definitely not to be missed by those who love the island and want to fully understand its grandeur and majesty.

16:00 (approx.): return by dinghy or ferry to Porto San Paolo/Cala Finanza
Technical Information:
Duration: 6 hours - Total kilometres: 4.5 kilometres, (6.2 kilometres long variant) - difference in altitude: 600 metres, 700 (long variant) - Difficulty: EEA
NB: Requirements: not suffer from vertigo and be in good physical condition.
What to bring:

Kayaking in the Tavolara - Capo Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area
With a kayak equipped with a pond compartment, we set off from the beach at Punta Est - Capo Coda Cavallo in search of the most beautiful gorges of the coast and the islands of the marine area.

18:30 (approx.): return to Baja Salinedda - Capo Coda Cavallo
Technical Information:
Duration: approx. 3 hours 30 minutes - Difficulty: easy (also suitable for beginners)

Clothing: cotton jersey, swimming costume, beach sandals, hat, goggles, sun cream and change of clothes.

Canyoning Rio Pitrisconi
Rio Pitrisconi is a river that crosses the Monte Nieddu forest domain of San Teodoro. Along its course we can admire imposing granite gorges carved by the slow progress of the river, large natural pools and waterfalls; this canyon is the only one where water flows all year round! (The flow rate varies according to the season).

13:00 (approx.): return to San Teodoro

Duration: Duration: 5 hours (canyoning descent approx. 3 hours) - Height difference: 300 metres - Difficulty: easy (also suitable for beginners)

Clothing: sports shoes (will get wet), swimming costume, towel and spare parts.
Technical equipment (provided by our team): wetsuit, harness, helmet and carabiners.

4X4 tour to the natural pools of Rio Pitrisconi and tasting of typical products
Aboard a 4x4, we reach the slopes of the Monte Nieddu massif. Along a pleasant cart track, you reach the Palemonti lookout (615 metres above sea level).
Given the wonderful view, we will take the opportunity to take a few photos and exchange some information about the area below. Once again on board the 4x4, we reach the forestry house where we will leave our car. After a short walk along a single-track path, we reach the natural pools where we can stop for an hour or so, taking advantage of a pleasant swim and some adventurous dips. After walking back along the path, we will stop in an equipped area under the pine forest to taste typical products such as: pecorino cheese, sausage, ricotta, guttiau, wine, sweets, myrtle and coffee.

Rena County – Adventure Park
An adventure trail in the Arzachena area
Prepare to immerse yourself in a unique context, surrounded by the most beautiful and wild nature.
An equipped route, the first in Sardinia, built entirely on rock, can be found in the Arzachena area at Rena.
The equipped route has very safe paths, but which require athleticism and special attention. The via Ferrata Mammareddha, in particular, has ascents on steps with a low to medium degree of difficulty.
Fabio and Elisa have all the necessary qualifications for the correct handling of this adventure and will accompany visitors, sharing this exciting experience with them. All participants can use the equipment provided by the park (harnesses, dissipaters and helmets).
The sports activity is suitable for persons aged 14 years and over with a minimum height of 140 cm and a weight not exceeding 120 kg (minors must be accompanied).
